The History of the Academy 

Mission of the Academy: According to the United Nations Happiness Index, Georgia ranks 122 out of 156 nations worldwide. People spend the majority of their time at work. And happiness cannot be complete if a person is unhappy at work. We desire and can bring the Georgian Happiness Index to a respectable level. In Georgia, we strive to create a joyful community of happy professionals.

The Academy's purpose is to build a society in which everyone does their job with high quality and serves each other and a unified system.

Professional Happiness Theory

Definition of professional happiness:

 

A person is professionally happy if he performs the work that gives pleasure to his inner and outer world. He is happy if his work is appreciated. The wealth of a professionally happy person is intangible and tangible capital.

 

The educational and consulting activities of the Academy are based on well-known scientific researches and at the same time the theory of the ambivalence of science and education. This approach is oriented not only at the extraversional, but also at introversional education. Therefore, we attach great importance to the development of self-knowledge skills.
