The center offers support in choosing a profession, specialty, area of specialization, or subspecialization that best aligns with each individual’s unique inner world and interests, while also taking into account the current demands and standards of both the Georgian and international labor markets.
The center also assists in developing personalized career strategies and in cultivating the skills necessary to overcome challenges on the path to professional fulfillment.

with the support of the Polish organization New Europe and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, and based at the Georgian Committee of the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly (31 Tsinamdzghvrishvili Street, Tbilisi), the Inclusive Career Development Center is being implemented at the intersection of two programs: The Path to Professional Happiness and Inclusive University.
The center’s services are also adapted for persons with disabilities and the space is equipped with:

Ergonomic furniture, interactive whiteboards, and computer equipment;

Innovative programs for diagnostics, counseling, and non-formal education;

A methodological foundation that has been internationally tested and is recognized by the European innovative network for inclusive education – PROFFORMANCE.
The center is prepared to serve high school students in senior grades, as well as students of all three levels of higher education.
It provides services to applicants at every educational stage and enhances their opportunities for successful transition to the next level of academic pursuit.
The center is staffed by professional psychologists and career development specialists who are also actively involved in scientific research and the development of innovative technologies.
The center has established cooperation agreements with 25 educational institutions across Georgia, as well as with the International Education Center operating under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia.
